Truphotos specialises in landscape and nature photography, focusing mainly on the Asiatic region. Through simple themes such as mountains, rivers, waterfalls and flowers, we hope to share the mesmerising and tranquil beauty of our Mother Nature, and at the same time increase awareness of environment protection and conservation through contributing in a small way. Photo Exhibition, Osaka Prefecural Central Library 2008

Higashi-Osaka city, Osaka prefecture, Japan

This individual exhibition was held over a period of 2 weeks in Osaka Prefectural Central Library at the foyer near the main entrance and a total of 31 works were exhibited. A number of smaller works were also on display.

The theme was landscape photography, covering various rural and urban locations in Japan ranging from coastlines along the Pacific Ocean in Aomori and Akita up in the north, Tokyo and Nagano in the Kanto region, down to Wakayama, Kyoto and Nara in the Kansai region.

Photo Exhibition, Minoh Citizen’s Activity Centre 2008

Minoh city, Osaka prefecture, Japan

This individual exhibition was a 1 week event held at the Minoh Citizen’s Activity Centre in Osaka, Japan and 31 works was on display, mainly comprising of landscape and nature shots. They include, breathtaking night views of Yakushiji temple in Nara, ancient national treasures of Nara and Kyoto, the wilderness of Aomori, thundering waterfalls of various places in Japan and many more.

Photo Exhibition, Osaka University (former Osaka University of Foreign Studies) 2008

Minoh city, Osaka prefecture, Japan

This individual exhibition was a 1 day event held at the Minoh campus of Osaka University (former Osaka University of Foreign Studies) and 11 main works were only display on top of other smaller exhibits. The exhibits mainly cover landscape and nature themes, such as the famous World Heritage Site of Himeji castle during spring and the scenic view of a natural ravine in Nagano. Apart from these, smaller works taken of various prefectures were also on display.
