Today, the dry cabinet which I ordered last week finally arrived! It’s a Digi-Cabi DHC 60L. I chose this over the AD series mainly because the dehumidifier controller is digital and so provides a more accurate reading and is also faster. It is also a closed loop system, compared to the AD series which is open loop.
Setup was generally quite fast. All I did was to plug it in. The humidity was already set as 45% which means I need not do anything at all. After letting the RH stabilise, I placed equipment in for a well-deserved “drying”.
