How do I make a booking?

Please drop us an enquiry together with a preferred session date and we will get back to you with our packages in the shortest time possible.

A non-returnable, non-transferable deposit is required to confirm and secure a slot on a first-come, first-served basis. The balance is due on the day of the event.

As weekend slots are limited and get filled quickly, we suggest making a booking as soon as your preferred timing is confirmed.

 

I have made a booking. What happens next?

After you have confirmed a booking, we will be getting in touch closer to the date in order to find out the flow of events and any details you would like to highlight to us. You might also want to read up on what to expect for your session.

Details that will be helpful to understanding your needs include the size of the venue, expected number of guests/children, type of activities planned, timing for the cake-cutting etc.

I have already made a booking, but I'd like to change the date/time. Is that possible?

We understand there may be inevitable changes to the date or time of the event. We will do our utmost best to accommodate any changes, however, kindly note that this will be subject to our schedule availability as slots may get filled 2-3 months in advance. 

How many photos will I receive?

For birthday parties and celebrations, a minimum number of photos is guaranteed. On top of that, additional photos worth keeping will also be included in the final delivery. For packages that specify a certain number of photos, an upgrade to unlimited photos is optional.

For 100% of our sessions to date, we have always delivered more than the minimum guaranteed number of photos.

How long will it take for me to receive the photos?

Softcopy digital files usually take 1-2 weeks to undergo basic editing and colour correction processing.

Depending on the type of printed hardcopy product, it may take 3-4 weeks for us to process the order and have them delivered to you.

Will the photos be edited?

Every single photo that is delivered will undergo basic editing such as adjusting for colour, contrast and brightness. As photographic style is a personal preference, we encourage prospective clients to browse through our photo galleries and blog to get a feel of the work we offer.

Will the photos be watermarked?

Photos posted on our social media accounts will have a watermark on them, but those that we deliver to you will NOT be watermarked.

Why isn't my child looking at the camera?

Our unique photographic style is largely built upon capturing authentic emotions and moments in a journalistic (or documentary) way.

We believe this offers our clients the best experience they are looking for in terms of documenting the unique personality and character of every individual child and celebrating life's most precious moments.

In some occasions, such as in posed shots, reasonable efforts will be made to get your child looking at the camera.
