Image Licensing

1. DISCOUNTS: There will be a 10% discount for a purchase of 2 or more images (same or different image).

2. Images are priced based on a one-time, single use. Please contact me if you have multiple uses for the same photo, or wish to use it multiple times for the same purpose and I will contact you with a revised quotation.

3. Image(s) will be available for download automatically and immediately after payment is cleared. Downloads are limited to 3 downloads within a 48 hour period. No refunds will be entertained after image delivery. Please contact us if you encounter any problems while downloading the image(s).

4. Image(s) may be used for the following:

• In printed matter as part of editorial or advertising copy in magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, CD/DVD covers, textbooks and other promotional purposes.

• In digital format on websites, broadcast film and video, software, and other electronic uses.

• With your corporate identity on business cards, letterhead, logo etc.

5. Image(s) may not be used for the following:

• For purposes that are beyond those described here.

• Selling or redistribution of the image(s) is/are strictly prohibited.

6. You warrant that you are responsible for liability of use and agree that Truphotos cannot warrant whether your final use of the image requires additional permissions. It is your sole responsibility to assure that the photo you are licensing is suitable for the use in which you intend to publish it.

7. Truphotos requests that a credit reading "© Truphotos.com" appear near the image(s) or where other credits are listed.
